Welcome to The Backroads, with your blogger, JB. This blog in all honesty will be made up of majority of topics that aren't talked about everyday. There will be some weeks where the normal news is going to be the highlight, but every week other than that is going to be an interesting topic that has to deal with the intersection between media and politics. The reason I chose to take this route is because the mainstream media always determines what is going to be talked about and I believe that people need a break from the monotony that is boring news. All the information that I put on this blog will be biased free because I am a firm believer of a person being able to make their own judgement based off the information presented to them.
