A police chief who works in Virginia showed just how against gun control he is, five women got shot and three of them died. He's not just an advocate for change within his state, he is also an advocating for change within the country. Personally, I believe that people should be able to have guns but there should be stricter regulations on how you are able to get them. Taking away a persons right to protect themselves is wrong in my eyes, but tighter regulation is needed.  The next interesting thing stated in this article is use of the word "mass shooting".  Ever since Former President Trump lost the election back a year ago, there has been all this talk about elections being fraudulent. To this day that claim has been held up by large republican voices. To bring everything around the reason the January 6th riots happened was republicans were claiming fraud and the only way to change that is to threaten politicians. I*n the present day there are elections that are going happening in Atlanta and their are new restrictions happening in the state to see what is going to work.
